NO MORE TRAUMA™ · A Book by Nisha Love
What happened to you doesn't get the final word on who you are.
You've carried the responsibilities. You've shown up for people. You've learned how to keep going. But somewhere along the way, you may have started wondering: What about the rest of me?
No More Trauma is an honest, personal exploration of identity, voice, boundaries, relationships, faith, forgiveness, and making room for a life that includes you.
What I experience has no authority over who I am.
You can be the one everybody counts on—and still wonder where you fit in your own life.
You have been the one who holds it together. The one who remembers what everyone needs, who shows up first and rests last, who has learned to keep going no matter what. You have loved people deeply and carried responsibilities that were never meant to be yours alone.
And somewhere in all of that, you may have stopped asking what you needed — because there was always someone who needed something more urgently, and you knew how to make yourself the smaller part of your own story.
This is not a book about what is wrong with you. It is a book about what is still true about you — the voice you quieted, the preferences you stopped naming, the life you kept making room for everyone else inside of. You deserve room in your own life. Not someday, when everything is resolved. Now.
More than what happened. More than how you survived.
No More Trauma explores the questions that can surface when what happened to you has begun taking up more of your identity than you want it to.
- 01
Identity
What happened can be acknowledged without being handed authority over your identity, your choices, or where your life goes next.
- 02
Voice
Learning to hear your own voice again—what you need, what you want, what you know, and what you may be ready to say.
- 03
Boundaries
A boundary does not have to make you colder. It can make your yes more trustworthy.
- 04
Relationships
Looking at what connection can actually carry—and where staying connected has required too much disappearance from yourself.
- 05
Forgiveness
Making room for forgiveness without making renewed access, trust, reconciliation, or removed boundaries a requirement.
- 06
Faith
Making room for faith as part of Nisha's personal lens without turning faith into a formula the reader must follow.
- 07
FLOW
Feel. Locate. Own. Witness. A framework for reflection—not diagnosis, treatment, or a promise of a particular outcome.
- 08
Ordinary Life
Making room for preferences, interests, laughter, enjoyment, rest, and experiences that belong to you simply because you want them.
Your voice. Your choices. Your boundaries. Your faith. Your life.

I didn't write this book from the sidelines.
I wrote this book for the people carrying something heavy — the ones who learned early to make themselves small, who got good at surviving and forgot they were also allowed to live. I wrote it for the ones who were told, in one way or another, that the hardest thing that happened to them was the truest thing about them.
And I will be honest with you: I wrote it for myself, too. I wrote it because I needed to say these things out loud, to put them in order, to find out what I actually believed once I stopped performing strength and started telling the truth.
A little of what's waiting inside.
Somewhere in that remembering, I found words I needed to say. I offer them here not as instructions, but as my own reckoning:

Your next chapter deserves room for you.
