When you sign up for Notes from Nisha, we collect only the email address (and first name, if you add it) you provide through the signup form, plus your explicit consent to receive these emails — the form requires you to check the consent box before submitting. Your email and consent choice are stored as a contact record for this website's account. You can unsubscribe or ask us to remove your email at any time by writing to the address below.
Free reflection and companion journal
The free reflection page and the companion journal page each ask for your first name, email address, and your consent to receive occasional notes. The companion journal also asks where you got your copy and for an honor-system confirmation that you purchased the book. These forms reveal a downloadable PDF after you submit; the download itself is a direct file link that does not pass your details to a third party. You can unsubscribe or ask us to remove your email at any time by writing to the address below.
Optional Google Analytics
This site can use Google Analytics, a Google service that records aggregated page and theme views to help us understand what resonates. It is optional: no Google Analytics script loads and no request is sent until you choose Accept analytics in the cookie settings banner. You can decline, and you can revoke or change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Your preference is remembered on this device.
When accepted, the following are denied: advertising storage, ad personalization, and ad user data. Google Signals is not enabled, and the stream does not collect a user identifier, enhanced conversions, email addresses, or consent-field values. The stream's automatic form-interaction and site-search measurements are disabled. We do not send personal data to Google Analytics. Google's processing of measurement data is governed by its own terms and policies.
No Meta or TikTok advertising or tracking pixels are used on this site.
